Stainless Steel Bellows Vacuum Flex Hoses

KF, ISO, and CF stainless steel bellows flex hoses are modular vacuum components used to connect chambers, isolate mechanical pump vibrations, and bridge misalignments. They feature specific flange systems: Quick Flange (KF/NW) for fast assembly; bolt-sealed ISO-K/ISO/F for large and medium ports, and copper-gasketed ConFlat (CF) for bakeable environments.

Flange Standards and Design Types

• KF(ISO-KF/NW): Uses quick-action wing nut or aluminum clamps with elastomer O-rings or centering rings; ideal for roughing and fore line plumbing up to 10^-8
• ISO(ISO-K/ISO-F): Uses claw clamps or bolt rings on large diameter ports (typically) NW63 to NW630); built for high-throughput and high-vacuum (HV) systems.
• CF (ConFlat): Uses metal knife-edge seals with oxygen-free gaskets and bolt hardware; rated true ultra-high vacuum (UHV) down to below 10^-13 Torr and bakeable to high temperatures.
