Our Apex family of mass flow controllers, mass flow meters and pressure controllers provide the highest accuracy, reliability and durability. Apex can be used for pressure or high vacuum. Flexibility is our key feature. An Apex Mass Flow Controller or Meter provides fast millisecond response plus optional models for situations where pressure drop is a consideration or where applications require aggressive gases.
The Apex flexibility is also found in the communications. Apex products have a variety of communication connections in 15 pin and 9 Pin D-Sub to match your existing mass flow meters or controllers. We can provide the same pin out and connector for most major brands of mass flow controllers and meters. So a drop in replacement is our norm, not the exception. Pressure control and vacuum pressure control is another area we specialize in. We can provide both single and dual valve pressure controllers to work with pressure and vacuum. For vacuum, we have Apex Pressure Controllers that can control the pressure into the low millitorr range. For lower vacuum applications, we may be able to provide a specialized controller.
